How is your order delivered?

We want your Little Post Moments gift to arrive safely and in plenty of time for that special moment. All Little Post Moments gifts are carefully packed by hand and sent through Royal Mail in a letterbox-friendly box.

Please remember that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as once your order has been posted it is with Royal Mail.

Standard delivery is included in the price of your gift.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually on the next available posting day.

For important occasions such as birthdays, we recommend ordering at least 2 working days before you would like your gift to arrive to allow time for Royal Mail delivery.

• Order by 2pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturday, for same day dispatch.

• Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and is included in the price of your gift.

• Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

• Aims for 2-3 days delivery, excludes Sundays & bank holidays.

• Guaranteed next-day delivery for orders placed by 2PM Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturday. Signature required. Best for time-sensitive occasions. Excludes bank holidays. £13.95

Sunday: We do not post on Sundays. Orders placed on a Sunday will be prepared for posting on Monday.

If you are ordering for a particular date, please make sure you allow enough time for both preparation and Royal Mail delivery.

FAQs

​

Is the giftbox letter box friendly?

Yes, each giftbox is designed to fit through standard letter boxes meaning the recipient does not need to be in to accept the delivery.

Is the giftbox sent directly to the recipient?

Yes, the giftbox is sent to the recipient name and address that is asked for at checkout.  If you wanted the box sent directly to you, please just add your address as the recipient address.  Just make sure the name and address is entered correctly.

Will the package contain an invoice?

No, we do not include any invoices or pricing within the package or giftbox.

​

​What if my order is received early?

Early deliveries can happen. Royal Mail sometimes delivers on Sundays depending on your postcode. We can't control it, but we'd much rather your little surprise arrived early than miss the moment completely.

What if my giftbox doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us at: info@littlepostmoments.co.uk and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are outside of our control once the parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.

If a parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail, we'll contact you to discuss the reason for the return and the best way to resolve it.
